Our executive Chef, Javier F. Sanchez, is a culinary genius from Argentina.
Javier has over 20 years of culinary experience in fine dining. Javier
adds his artistic touch to each entrée with an international gourmet
flare that brings nothing but brilliance to the table. He was recently
awarded the 1st place winner of the "Best Food in Miami" award,
which has been presented in the New York Post and the Miami Herald.
